MyCleaner offers a suite of features designed to effectively manage and organize your contact list, enhancing the overall efficiency of your phone's data management. Below are key functionalities provided by the application:

1. Smart Analysis of Contacts: MyCleaner conducts a thorough analysis of your contacts, evaluating names, phone numbers, and email addresses. The results are visualized in insightful charts that facilitate easy interpretation of contact data.
2. Duplicate Contact Merging: The application efficiently identifies duplicate contacts based on similar names, phone numbers, or email addresses. Users have the option to merge these duplicates into a single entry and decide whether to retain or delete the redundant records.
3. Cleanup of Incomplete Contacts: MyCleaner allows users to identify and rectify contacts lacking essential information such as names or phone numbers. It offers straightforward options for updating or removing these incomplete entries.
4. Backup and Export Options: Users can easily back up their contacts to a CSV or HTML file. CSV files are compatible with Excel and Notepad for further editing, while HTML files are accessible through popular web browsers. This functionality enables users to send their contact lists via email without complications.
5. Simplified Backup Importing: Transitioning contacts to a new phone is straightforward; users can open the backup file through email or other applications. By selecting "MyCleaner" from available programs, the app automatically analyzes and imports the records into the address book.

• Upon starting the application, it will request access to your contacts. If you select "No," please navigate to Settings -> Privacy -> Contacts to grant MyCleaner access for optimal functionality.
• Your contacts are not uploaded to third-party servers, ensuring privacy. All operations related to cleaning and merging your contacts occur solely on your device. Backups can only be exported from your personal mailbox.
